It is important to note that the more layers in the drawing, the more the performance of YoupiPaint will be impacted.


To ensure good performance, a choice must be made between:

•Little layer number and large layer sizes

•Many layers of smaller dimensions


Other elements also have an impact on performance:

•The size of the brush. A big radius consume more resource.

•Layers thumbnail view. When there are many layers it is preferable to display only the thumbnail of the current layer.
