YoupiPaint allows you to navigate through the drawing with many actions, most of which are accessible with the mouse.

Zoom

Use the mouse wheel forward to zoom in and out to zoom.

You can also use the corresponding control on the graphics tablets (depending on the tablet type and the function settings of the tablets).

The zoom is centered on the current cursor position.

You can also use other methods of displaying the workspace. See the Window menu for more information.

Rotation

For more comfort and precision in making your drawings you can rotate the paper 360 degrees.

To rotate the drawing use the mouse wheel forwards / backwards and simultaneously press the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard.

Move View

You can move the view of the drawing sideways or from bottom to top.

Move with the mouse or the stylus

Perform a drag-drop (drag-and-drop) with the mouse:

•Click the view with the right mouse button

•Move the mouse

•Release the right button

Move with the keyboard keys

To move the view using the keyboard:

•Move the view to the right or left: press the right / left keys

•Move the view up or down: press the up / down keys

•Fast move to right or left: press Ctrl and the right / left keys

•Fast moving up or down: press the page up / down keys

Move with the mouse wheel

To move the view using the wheel:

•Move Sideways: Press Ctrl + Shift and rotate the mouse wheel

•Move from top to bottom: Shift and rotate the mouse wheel

Reset view

To reset the view to its original state:

•Press Ctrl + P to display the drawing view at its original size.

•Press Ctrl + Shift + P to adjust the drawing view to the size of the window.
