If a selection area is active, these functions are used to copy / cut the selection area to the clipboard.


The paste function allows to extract the image present in the clipboard if there is one, and to activate the Image tool with the contents of this image.


Note: Because image transparency management is specific to each application, the transparency of an image may not be rendered correctly from the clipboard.


To copy, cut:

•Select a drawing area with the Selection tool

•Select Edit menu > Copy or press Ctrl + C


To paste:

•Select Edit menu > paste or press Ctrl + V

•The image tool is activated: position the image or you want to paste it
